In my work as a therapist, I help individuals and couples to explore and deepen their relationships— within yourself, and with others. In our work together, we’ll explore patterns that are keeping you stuck and disconnected, and guide you towards greater understanding.

I blend my heartfelt belief that we all have a deep need to feel seen, heard, and valued with evidence-based practice in attachment focused therapy. You are wired for connection; and when you nurture these connections—whether it’s with the parts of yourself or loved ones—you unlock the potential for lasting change and emotional healing.

As an advanced trained therapist in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I am here to guide you with compassion and an evidence-based map. I screen and schedule all prospective clients privately and personally. A strong therapeutic relationship is vital to your progress, so I want to ensure that I am the right therapist for your situation before your first paid visit, and to give you the opportunity to get your questions answered.

My practice is focused on but not limited to three primary approaches, which are employed according to your particular circumstances and personality.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

A type of mindful psychotherapy that helps you focus on the present moment and accept thoughts and feelings without judgment in order to move forward and heal. 

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

A transformative evidenced-based treatment to embody the Self and heal injured parts so that you can live life with confidence, guided by curiosity and compassion. 

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

A groundbreaking therapeutic model that facilitates emotional processing and creation of secure relationships and attachments with self and others.
