ABOUT ME
As a person and a therapist, my life revolves around family and relationships — mine, and yours.
I was born in New Orleans, raised on the North Shore, and have called Baton Rouge home since my freshman year at LSU. My devotion to family and connection is deeply rooted in my own life experiences: I cherish the relationships in my life—be it with my wife and son, family, or close friends—I understand both the joy and the challenges that come with building meaningful connections.
My life experiences set a foundation for my academic and post-graduate pursuits: Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master of Social Work from LSU, and certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the State of Louisiana.
From there, my professional focus specialized to individual and couples therapy for adults. I began blending evidence-based methods with my heartfelt belief in the resilience of secure relationships. Grounded by my ongoing training as an attachment-focused therapist in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I have a special interest helping people heal the disconnection in themselves and with others.

EXCELLENT THERAPIST.
“I saw Thomas for several years. He is kind, understanding, and incredibly sharp. His guidance and understanding helped me change my life. … With his help, my life’s direction altered in such monumental ways that would never have been possible without his guidance.
He helped me change in so many ways and I grew as an individual. I have seen many therapists and he was the first one that took a very kind and caring approach that was tailored to my needs. He will tell you that I did the work, and that it was me who really worked to change who I was as a person. While that may be true, he was the guiding force behind my determination to live a better life.
The defining attribute that makes Thomas a good therapist is that he truly does care, and his heart really is in the job. He believes in people and in himself, and it shows by how he treated me.”
